Where do you work?
We're based in Tarrytown and serve the Rivertowns and lower Hudson Valley — including Sleepy Hollow, Irvington, Dobbs Ferry, Hastings-on-Hudson, Ardsley, Scarsdale, White Plains, Bronxville, and beyond. See our full service area. Trip fees apply beyond 25 miles of Tarrytown (see pricing).
Do you only work in Westchester?
No — we regularly serve the broader Hudson Valley from Rockland and Westchester counties up through Dutchess and Ulster. We prioritize the lower Hudson Valley for onsite work and offer remote support anywhere.
Approach & Contract
Are you vendor-neutral?
Yes. We design around the devices and platforms that fit your home and budget — Amazon, Apple, Google, Home Assistant, and professional systems alike. We don't sell a proprietary ecosystem and we don't lock you into one.
Do you require a contract?
No. Projects are quoted and delivered up front. Ongoing care is available as a monthly care plan you can cancel anytime, or pay-as-you-go hourly support. We earn your repeat business — we don't contract it.
What warranty do you offer?
Workmanship is backed by a 12-month labor warranty. Hardware is covered by its manufacturer warranty, and we help you manage any claims. See our warranty details.
Cost & Rebates
How much does a smart home cost?
It depends on scope. Popular starting points: a smart lighting kit from $199, a smart home audit at $199 (fully credited toward any project), whole-home packages from $999, and full automation projects from $3,500. See our complete pricing.
Are there rebates for smart thermostats and lighting?

Do you charge for a quote?
No. Free consultations and itemized quotes are included. A $199 smart home audit is optional when you want a deeper look — and it's fully credited toward any project.
Common Problems
Why is my Wi-Fi slow?
In older Hudson Valley homes the most common culprits are central wiring, plaster and masonry blocking signals, and a single router placed at the wrong end of the house. A mesh network or wired backhaul usually fixes it. See our guide to slow Wi-Fi in the Hudson Valley.
Which system is best — Lutron or Control4?
